Food allergies & dietary restrictions

Our baked goods are produced in a home kitchen that may handle common allergens, including but not limited to:

Orders, payment & pickup

Local orders only

We operate as a Maryland cottage food business and currently offer local pickup only in or near Howard County, MD. We do not ship baked goods.

Placing an order

Orders may be placed through:

  • Direct communication (such as email or social media), as specified by us from time to time

We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion (for example, due to capacity, scheduling, or ingredient availability).

Payment

Payment methods (such as Venmo, PayPal, or other services) will be clearly communicated at the time of ordering.

  • Orders are not considered confirmed until payment is received (unless we explicitly agree otherwise).
  • If payment is not made by the deadline we provide, your order may be canceled or your spot released.

Cancellations, changes & refunds

Because our products are made to order:

  • Cancellations or changes must usually be made at least 2 days before the scheduled pickup time.
  • After that time, we may not be able to issue refunds or make changes, as ingredients may already be purchased or baking started.

We reserve the right to:

  • Decide refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis
  • Issue store credits instead of refunds where appropriate

If we need to cancel or reschedule your order due to an emergency, illness, or other unexpected circumstance, we will:

  • Contact you as soon as reasonably possible
  • Offer either a refund or a rescheduled date, where possible

Pickup

You are responsible for:

  • Picking up your order at the agreed-upon date and time
  • Transporting and storing the baked goods appropriately once they leave our possession

We are not responsible for:

  • Damage to baked goods after pickup
  • Changes in product quality if items are not stored or consumed as recommended

Digital products & downloads

From time to time, we may offer digital products (such as printables, checklists, or recipe PDFs).

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Purchases of digital products are non-refundable once delivered (for example, via download link or email)
  • Digital products are for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or distributed without our explicit permission
